About us.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The HDZ is jointly managed by the nine state universities of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and the six universities of education. The ten local educational development units of the universities work in close collaboration with the HDZ head office.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The HDZ is directed by the general assembly of members, which is made up of the prorectors for teaching of the universities and of one representative of the universities of education. The general assembly elects the board, which in turn represents the HDZ in public. The term of office of the current board lasts from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2026.<\/p>\n

Since March 2015, the HDZ has been accredited<\/strong> by the accreditation committee for vocational and continuing training of the German Association for Educational and Academic Staff Development in Higher Education (Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Hochschuldidaktik, dghd) for meeting the required pro-fessional standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
